Job Requirements

• Solder experience preferred
• 2+ year technical experience preferred.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to correctly assemble Ahdept’s devices
• Perform both surface mount and thru-hole soldering techniques
• Familiar with PCB/PCA layouts
• Ability to operate hand tools, drills, barcode scanner(s), and a computer
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to ask questions and listen and follow directions as given by supervisors and management
• Good verbal communication
• Self-motivated
• Punctual – Reliable when it comes to attendance
• Willing and wanting to do new and different tasks daily
• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Willing to do recurring and monotonous tasks as needed
